Q:Hello Halo! I just wanted to ask what kind of tempo would you suggest when recording vcv? (I'm doing 5-mora)
Whatever’s comfortable for you! I personally go with 112, but 100 and 120 are common. I wouldn’t go with any faster than 130, though! The shorter your samples, the less can be used and the more robotic it sounds, just like CV.
In the end though, remember that most of VCV is to be tailored to your comfort levels. o vo So just do what feels right!
A fair whack of my OCs are shoved in here. Occasionally there are notes and stuff that are pretty obviously a self-memo, but I thought I might share them anyway.
Yeah whoo original characters
i bought a slab of white sculpey today
will probably buy a little bit of flesh and black and mix a nice grey but
guess what i’m makinnnnnng?
Q:I think wanting to draw art for people is such a nice thought, but I agree with you that it'd be a lot easier if everyone just listed their otps in their descriptions. I have actually mentioned mine on my blog sidebar--that way people will know what they're in for when they follow me (which is lots and lots of Medic and Scout). ;)
I drew six quality things tonight
What I love, really love, about KGB’s stuff is how manly the men are, even when engaged in something like this, without losing that touch of gentleness, of affection. That hand on Engie’s helmet isn’t pressing him down, it’s just there, a silent reassurance that Soldier could never articulate in words. To me, that subtle gesture makes this so much more than just a drawing of one guy sucking off another, and that’s what I like most of all.
BJs in general are damn appealing to me too, though. Unf.
Sometimes I wonder if people don’t know that you can avoid both big dumb arguments and looking like a douchenozzle by phrasing things in better ways.
Yes, it’s your opinion and you’re allowed to have one, no, that does not excuse your general rudeness and utter lack of tact.
